Special order items will sometimes require up to one week to assemble and package for shipment, but most often they are ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Please note: Purchases that are shipped via Free Shipping within Canada, and Small Packet USA or International, are shipped in flat packaging or bubble wrap envelopes. If you prefer a boxed shipment, please select an upgraded (+ fee) shipping service. For multiple item purchases, we invite you to message us before you buy to get a revised shipping quote based on the actual cost of shipping your selection of goods at your preferred delivery service level. Alternatively, we will credit you any shipping overages exceeding $2.00 CAD. All shipping fees charged are non-refundable, with the exception of multi-item shipping overages of more than $2.00 CAD. TO USA: Canada Post and USPS Tracked packet service is the most economical option. However, please be aware your purchase will be shipped flat and be delivered at the speed of lettermail, which can vary widely based on conditions and time of year.
